Payment System
How it works
When your Fair is delivered, it will include a register to process payments. The payment system makes checkout quick and easy, so you can:

Accept all major credit cards, most tap-to-pay cards, Scholastic eGift Cards, and cash
o
Use the SEARCH feature to find a student's eWallet by name, grade, or their teacher
o
Round up purchases to the nearest dollar for Share the Fair™ contributions
o
Run reports in real time
o
Close out your Fair to pre-populate your Financial Form

After the Fair

Print out your Financial Summary report.
o
Upload your Fair data to close out the Fair.
o
Pack the register back into their carrying case to be picked up with the Fair.
o
After you close out all the registers, you’ll get an email when your financials are ready for you to review. This email usually arrives within 24 hours.
